so far, so good!

i done my workout and i’ve had a bowl of cheerios and a nice glass of water. i feel better knowing i started today off well! i even had a look in the mirror and my belly seemed to be a little flatter then usual which is crazy because i had a piece of cake at 8pm last night.

anyways, i had a great sleep which i think is helping me be in a good mood :) i’m feeling VERY motivated right now so i have a good feeling about today. *touch wood*. 

i also realised that tomorrow i’ll be walking around A LOT because i’m going out with my grandpa. if i can talk him out of getting a mcdonalds and go somewhere else, like a healthier alternative, i’ll be saving some calories and walking some of them off :] & even if i do have a mcdonalds, i’ll only eat some of it. & then the walking will burn some of them off.

i’m happy. 

going to watch some television as i get myself another glass of water. <3

planning my day for tomorrow.

BREAKFAST: cheerios.

SNACK: an apple.

LUNCH: banana on toast. 

DINNER: whatever my gran serves (cut portions) 

BEVERAGE: 8 glasses of water.

  • do a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio (easing myself back into it) 
  • work the abs for a bit. 

no junk food or foods that will make me feel fat. i’ve actually been good today since i’ve drank 8 glasses of water, so i can praise myself for that.

this is my tumblr to help me get motivated to be skinny. i'm a skinny-fat person meaning i don't weigh much but i still have fat in certain places. i plan to eat better, build muscle and do cardio.
